We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Eligible items must be:
- Unused and uninstalled
- In original packaging with tags/labels intact
- Accompanied by a proof of purchase (order ID or invoice)
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. We'll notify you via email once your refund is processed.

- Provide your order ID and reason for return
- Follow the return instructions provided by our team
If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Share clear photos and a description of the issue—our team will resolve it promptly with a replacement or refund.
Yes, exchanges are possible for eligible items. If you ordered the wrong size or part, contact us to arrange an exchange. Shipping costs for the exchange may apply.
