Can I collect from your premises?

Collection in person from our warehouse can be arranged by prior appointment.

Product is showing as "OUT of Stock" on the website

This means that the product is currently unavailable/discontinued, please e-mail to check further availability.

What if my order is late?

Our couriers have a high success rate in delivering product on time. However, occasionally due to no fault of our own, a shipment can be delayed. Delivery dates given are estimated and may be subject to delay. The seller does not accept any liability for any loss due to its inability to deliver as estimated.
